As a philosophy scholar, on the one hand, I take philosophy as a subject, an object of my study. On the other hand, I take philosophy as an antidote to the bitterness of life and the harshness of the world. In my mind, if philosophy can save me from the dark side of ordinary life, it also can help the public to live better.

I am conceiving a social channel by which I will share my ideas in terms of how to live philosophically. My preliminary plan consists of four parts. In each part, one of the four basic necessities will be examined. I will first try to elucidate the common concept, then diagnose the sickness of this aspect of our ordinary life and ultimately attempt to give philosophical prescriptions.

Take the first part of food as an example: I will provide a philosophical conception of body and food. Then, I will philosophically analyze why people tend to think of the body as only the body figure, why people are enchanted with calculating calories, and what people really care when they watch the videos of 'what I eat in a day'? In the last section of this part, suggestions will be given in terms of developing a better relationship with our body and how we treat food healthily.

Here is a brief outline of my plan:
